Nairobi Justice Albie Sachs is former Judge of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. He was appointed by Nelson Mandela to South Africa’s first Constitutional Court. He is presently on the Kenya Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board. Justice Sachs will talk about cases concerning access to dialysis, to anti-retroviral drugs and the right of persons living with HIV to work on South African Airways.
